a) Minors (Art. 8 GDPR)
The website and the services provided by the Data Controller are not intended for persons under 16 years of age, and the Data Controller does not knowingly collect personal information relating to minors. LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 196/2003
Art. 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights
1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exists, even if not yet recorded, and to have such data communicated in an intelligible form.
2. The data subject has the right to obtain information concerning:
a) the source of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identification details of the Data Controller, Data Processors and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5(2);
e) the parties or categories of parties to whom the personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of it in their capacity as the designated representative within the territory of the State, Data Processors or persons authorised to process the data.
3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) the erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, including data whose retention is unnecessary in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in points a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including as regards their content, of those to whom the data has been disclosed or disseminated, except where this requirement proves impossible or entails an effort manifestly disproportionate to the right being protected.
4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even where such processing is relevant to the purpose of collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sales material, conducting market research or commercial communications.
EU REGULATION 2016/679 (GDPR)
Art. 15 – Right of access by the data subject
1. The data subject has the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed and, where this is the case, to obtain access to the personal data and the following information:
a) the purposes of the processing;
b) the categories of personal data concerned;
c) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data has been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organisations;
d) where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;
e) the existence of the right to request from the Data Controller the rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing of personal data concerning the data subject, or to object to such processing;
f) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
g) where the personal data has not been collected from the data subject, any available information as to its source;
h) the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, referred to in Article 22(1) and (4), and, at least in such cases, meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and envisaged consequences of such processing for the data subject.
The data subject also has the rights set out in Articles 16 to 21 of the GDPR (right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability and right to object), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).

Olimagiò – Farmstay Tuscany reserves the right to modify or amend this privacy policy at any time, particularly as a result of the entry into force of new sector-specific legislation. In such cases, the amendments will take effect 15 days after the date of publication on the website.
